We went for breakfast here after many years and sadly things have gone down hill. This has nothing to do with the staff as they were doing their best but looks like the company has been cost cutting and where there would have been 4 members of staff, there is 1-2.. I did feel sorry for them as they were rushing around trying to keep disgruntled customers happy. There was a constant queue for food as there was nothing coming out of the kitchen quick enough, again, probably down to cost cutting. When it did come out, there wasn't enough. Tables were dirty, not enough plates and everything felt like it needed a proper clean. Again, no reflection on the staff who are doing their best but sadly we won't be returning after this experience. Just to offer an "unlimited" breakfast (which isn't even unlimited because you'll do well to get one decent plater of food) isn't enough when everything else needs to be improved.

Not a real piece of turkey, just ground and baked, dry, and the gammon was very fatty. The baked potatoes are usually boiled potatoes; I don't recommend them. I was there for the first time with my partner, but the tables were glued together, so I had to ask for cutlery. The beer didn't taste quite right.

Food was awful, glasses were filthy and the whole place needs a renovation. Feel really sorry for the lady on the bar who is expected to do everything on her own. Do

Severe lack of staff. Friday night and only 1 female behind the bar. Upto 11 people in the queue at any one point. Felt sorry for her. Tables not getting cleaned. Outside table area was a absolute mess. Full of glasses, bottles and both litter bins overflowing. Not a good impression one bit. Food was very sub-standard. Our food wasn't cooked and had be sent back which came back as re-heated. Kids meals came out in breakfast bowls and the fruit salad was nothing more that a grab bag from the Morrisons behind. The toilets was disgusting. Blocked stinking and un-hygenic. Reported and nothing done. One of the worse places I have ate in the Premier inn meal deal places. A complaint will be submitted.

Dirty. Slow, filthy sticky menus. Felt sorry for the staff as they had been drafted in from elsewhere for the night. The place was unpleasant. Food was mediocre at best, I wiped the table myself, dirty cutlery, dirty glasses, staff were thrown in at the deepend so service was slow. They tried their best, the place needs a good deep clean and a refurb. Someone to put a bit of tlc in to the place. Real shame
