  I ordered on Uber eats at 8:45pm, I never received the order and was going back and fourth with Uber eats. Domino’s use there own drivers so Uber eats said I have to address it with dominos directly, I called them numerous times to see where my order was but after almost 3 hours (11:30) I decided to give up and go to bed ( I was expecting my order at 9:20 latest as per Uber eats delivery time!) I woke up this morning expecting them to have cancelled but they have said they delivered it at midnight (my husband was awake and confirms this never was the case). I am fighting this and have even removed my Uber one subscription out of principal that I haven’t had any support from Uber or dominos! Will never order here again and have deleted my Uber account as a result! £30 down the drain for no reason - do better domino’s!

  I am very disappointed with my experience. Within about one minute of placing my order, I realized that I had made a mistake and wanted to either correct or cancel it. I immediately went back to the website, only to be told that I needed to call the store directly. I then tried calling multiple times around 10 times in total from different phone numbers, but nobody answered. Later, I checked and realized the store was close to closing time. I want to be clear that I completely understand how challenging it can be for hospitality staff when an order comes in just before closing. Staff can get frustrated because they are trying to finish up for the day, and I genuinely empathize with that. If I had known the store was about to close, I honestly would not have placed the order in the first place I don’t live in that area.. My issue is not with the staff having to work near closing time. My issue is that there was no practical way to correct or cancel an order that I noticed was wrong almost immediately after placing it. The website directed me to call, but the calls went unanswered despite numerous attempts. A system should allow customers to make changes or cancel within a very short grace period, especially when the mistake is identified within a minute of ordering. Given the circumstances and the lack of any way to resolve the issue, I would appreciate a refund. I hope Domino’s reviews both its customer support process and its order management system so that future customers do not face the same problem. I am happy to speech with management on how I can be compensated…

  Ordered a collection, it was swift and delicious. Staff are friendly and the pizza was great. I switched up some items and the pizza order was accurate. Ordered one vegan and one meat pizza.
