  ⭐ 1 Star – Chicken on a Vegetarian Pizza Cross contamination is common. Attention all vegetarians. Ordered a vegetarian pizza from Domino’s Watford and was shocked to find an actual piece of chicken on it. When I raised the issue with the store, I was told that cross-contamination is common. They replaced the pizza, but that does not address the seriousness of the issue. Customers ordering vegetarian food should be able to trust that their order has been prepared with appropriate care. Finding meat on a vegetarian pizza is unacceptable, and being told that this is common is even more concerning. Domino’s Watford needs to take this seriously, review its food preparation practices and ensure better controls are in place to prevent this from happening again. Very disappointing experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I will be writing to local food safety

  Very bad pizza sause no toppings, no chess. Pizza base was terrible. Had same experience 3 times. Just ordering hoping dominos will eventually deliver the quality But its waste of money at this point.

  Very slap dash pizza. Huge chunky vegetables not chopped properly and the stuff-crust was thick like baguettes circling the pizza. You forgot to add toppings too. They just do not care here. Your Acton branch makes perfect hot and fresh pizzas that look just like the menu photos!

  This is the worst experience in this country by a wiiddddde mile. I ordered food for my kids, 2 large pizza and only after over 1 hour I had to travel to the shop and I was informed that it was delivered to someone in my house… That is a big lie since I live with my kids. And according to the driver he just came to the address. I’m highly disappointed and will never advise someone to purchase from their end

  Customer service was awful, I accidentally ordered to work instead of home (they are in the same area) and it took calling 8 times for someone to answer and when they answered I was shouted at that the address couldn’t be changed and the order couldn’t be cancelled. Only when my partner took over the call did the person change their mind and say it could be delivered to the right place, they refused to say who we were speaking to and pass on a complaint to their manager. The driver then called for the updated address and we were told they couldn’t deliver to us. We’re less than 10 mins from the store so not sure why that’s the case. I understand we might be slightly out of their area due to my mistake but the way this was handled was not right and now I need to wait 5 days for a refund. I just hope it comes.
