  I ordered from this store through uber eats on 1st march at 18:45pm, my entire order was wrong I called delivery driver and this store, the man who picked up the call was not nice, both driver and store associate were pinning the blame on each other, the name on order wasn’t even my name nor were any items in the bag. The issue was not resolved.

  Order from uber waited nearly 2 hours rang the branch spoke to one lady who told me my order was picked up and on route 30mins ago when it clearly wasn’t, I challenged her for the reg of the driver she gave me a reg that was 10mins away from them, she then past me in to Wayne her colleague who told me my order had been stolen and there is nothing he could do about it as anyone can come in and take any order if they want and this happens all the time then asked if that’s the case why has his colleague told me it was on route and gave me a reg, then for him to say they don’t give regs out, I then gave him the reg she gave for the driver who hadn’t arrived yet to collect on the app who they were accusing of stealing no point in order from here if the staff are clueless and as stated by Wayne multiple time orders are stole all the time and again in his words it’s a free for all when driver come in to collect as once the staff put the orders on the shelf it’s not there problem to make sure they are not stole useful as a ash try on a motorbike.
