  I asked a staff member who was working today if she could open the bathroom for me, and she was absolutely rude. She told me that I needed to find the code on my receipt. I explained to her that I could not go back downstairs and then climb the stairs again because I have an injury to my foot. I even showed her my foot, and despite this, she was extremely insensitive and told me that she didn’t care. This happened today at around 5:30 pm.

  This burger king is very dirty and toilets was very dirty and with out toilet rolls…. I don’t recommend to nobody for come here zeeeeeero.

  Worst managment ever and staff cant understand when makeing orders just charged me 20 for my meals missed out the kids free one .so told me to start again but i told them all i have is 20 pound so if its refunded straig away no problem i asked 3 times amd was told yes.so once the refund went throught i was told to pay again card declined then was told 3 days so complaind to manager he did nothing atall usless left with 0 meals and 0 muni for 3 days teribble managment amd General manager cant eaven understand straight forward english teribble dont eaven look like a manager poorley dressed unprofesional seems like he has no clue .get a new manager
