  I am deeply disappointed. I ordered a bacon caesar crispy chicken menu, after paying I was told that they no longer had crispy chicken and that they would offer me a bacon caesar agnus meal. After I took the delivery I headed home. Once I got home when I wanted to eat I didn't have a caesare agnus meal but they gave me a chicken royale, nothing I ordered. I don't recommend

  Worst managment ever and staff cant understand when makeing orders just charged me 20 for my meals missed out the kids free one .so told me to start again but i told them all i have is 20 pound so if its refunded straig away no problem i asked 3 times amd was told yes.so once the refund went throught i was told to pay again card declined then was told 3 days so complaind to manager he did nothing atall usless left with 0 meals and 0 muni for 3 days teribble managment amd General manager cant eaven understand straight forward english teribble dont eaven look like a manager poorley dressed unprofesional seems like he has no clue .get a new manager

  The store was messy full bins and only 1 table was booked. we had takeaway, the burger bun was old, the meet was black and really dry,they forgot the cheese. really disappointed. never again

  The amount of issues with this store is crazy if you where as busy as mc donalds you wouldn't survive Firstly in the 15 min it took to get my order I saw 3 people come back because they where given wrong burgers Freestyle machine is missing multiple flavors Service is terrible Air con not working just terrible restaurant How burger king is still going is crazy

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing food and service! I always have a great experience at the Watford Burger King. The food is always served hot and fresh, and the fries are perfectly crispy. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick with orders. It's a clean and great environment to grab a bite. Highly recommended!
