  What a shambles. Ordered Via Uber eats, Too is unclear and complicated, took me 45 minutes for pizzas to show up in the basket for my 2 large pizzas to arrive with no topping or cheese!! When calling the shop the incredibly rude man told me "its not his problem its mine" so rude, so unprofessional and will never be going there again. I will actively steer people away from this shop and Papa John's from now on! Dominoes all the way!

  I ordered a delivery on the 5th July, which was quite a few items, one being cookies. The food was delivered and I noticed we were missing the cookies, the driver had left at this point so I called the restaurant. I was told that the driver would be sent out again and he would bring the missing item. After 2 hours, I had heard nothing and no one had come. The next day I rang and explained the situation, I was told I’d be given a refund, this never came. I then rang again a few days later and was told the manager would call me in 20 minutes, he never called. I then rang again the next day, and was told to ring after 11am the following day, to speak to the manager. I have just rung and no response. This is ridiculous, and terrible service. Considering the mistake was at the fault of the restaurant, and I have still not had my refund after being told multiple times. Awful customer service

  Useless did not listen when ordering incompetent of writing out how to order an actual meal did not listen to anything I said had my pizza great cool but did not listen to my whole order so all I had was just a pizza and not the rest. paid a lot of money for just a pizza when confronted they did not understand English

  The pizza came after an hour it was cold soggy and the pizza I ordered was wrong so great! Would not recommend papa John's is always good but not from ware I'd avoid it if I was you
