  The staff seem to avoid helping customers and it wasn't always like this. Something is slipping on the service levels. On a positive side there's plenty of parking and finding what you're looking for is easy. I like the new bread section!

  The store itself is great—it’s very spacious with a wide range of products, so there’s plenty of choice. Unfortunately, the customer toilet facilities let it down. The toilets are located outside the checkouts, so if you need to use them halfway through your shop, you have to leave your trolley or basket behind. The baby changing room also doesn’t include a toilet. If you’re shopping with a baby, you’re expected to use the accessible toilet instead, which requires collecting a key from security first. As someone heavily pregnant and with a one-year-old in tow, this was really inconvenient. To make matters worse, the accessible toilet was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. It’s a poor experience for parents and also unfair that disabled customers have to share a facility that’s effectively being used as the only option for families.

  A great big Tesco, that sells everything you need from every day essentials to clothes and bedding. All on one floor with plenty of space between aisles, as well as plenty of parking.
