New customers can also get a free hot drink of their choice, just for downloading the app. The Greggs Foundation aims to build stronger, healthier communities across nine principle programmes including 'The Breakfast Club programme', which helps primary school children get a nutritious start to their school day. - SLShammi Liyanage5 days ago1.0Very disappointed with the customer service at this Greggs. I asked for one extra sauce dip for my chips, and the staff member named Hailey was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I've experienced poor attitude from her. Basic politeness and respect towards customers seem to be lacking. As a regular customer, it's frustrating to see the same behaviour repeated. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and interactions like this reflect badly on Greggs' reputation. It's a real shame because the food is usually good, but experiences like these make me think twice about returning. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
