  I have never been to Five Guys and so today was a pleasant experience. From the moment when I first entered the store I was greeted with a smile and politeness that is rare these days. Adrian who served me was extremely professional and had a very cheerful disposition. He cooked my burger to perfection and added my extras with care and the utmost precision! I complemented him on the cleanliness behind the glass counter and within the store in general and told him that as a customer we notice these things and I was very impressed; number one at how proud he was to have been complimented by my positive comments and thanked him for his service! And number two, he most definitely leads this store with example and it is very obvious that he takes immense pride in how he presents himself, and also what he does on a daily basis. Keep up the good work Adrian and I look forward to returning again in future :-)

  FRIES WERE COOKED TO PERFECTION. I WILL TRY MY HARDEST TO NOT CONE HERE EVERYDAY AFTER WORK. The entire team have great energy and you can see behind the screen that they are working so hard to make every order to perfection. Special shout out to the manager on shift along with the rest of the team

  ( BEFORE YOU READ MY LONG REVIEW—- DO NOT GO TO FIVE GUYS IF YOU ARE MALE OR LGBTQ+ 🏳️‍🌈 ) Shame on five guys ( cheshunt ) I will share in next review the video youtube link of this terrible experience me and my family had 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I visited Five Guys Cheshunt on 25 September 2026 at approximately 1:30 PM with my partner and our two young children. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was the worst I have experienced at any Five Guys location. The employee taking our order was dismissive, appeared impatient throughout the interaction, repeatedly ignored me while directing her attention elsewhere, and incorrectly accused me of shouting when I simply repeated part of our order because she had not heard it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was not treated professionally. I then spoke with a manager regarding my concerns. During that conversation, I was told that the employee may have felt uncomfortable serving me because I am a man. I found this comment extremely concerning and inappropriate. Customers should be treated equally regardless of their gender. What made the experience even worse was seeing the manager and the employee laughing immediately after I raised my complaint, which gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I regularly visit other Five Guys restaurants and have never experienced anything like this before. The entire incident took place in front of my young children and left my family very disappointed. For accuracy, I recorded the interaction and have retained the footage. I have also submitted a formal complaint to Five Guys Head Office and will await the outcome of their investigation before deciding on any further action. I hope the company reviews the recordings, CCTV footage, and staff conduct so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
