You know what to expect with Five Guys.. Great food, nice atmosphere and good service. No complaints from me for this location. Five Guys Rewards on the app is a nice addition with some good offers from time to time.

We took a break to charge our car and made our usual stop at Five Guys — it’s our favourite place for a delicious burger.

My son wanted large chips to share, I ordered some. And then, I began to notice... there were crumbs and bits on the counters, all manner of bits of food and chips strewn across the entire surface of the floor where they were treading, and the hot plate was filthy, thick with grease and black, burnt lumps. It made me feel nauseous. And, they had about four members of staff working behind the counter with no customers. I cancelled the order.
