  On May 2026 BH weekend, I bought washed and prepared fruit: Melon and Grapes; the Melon was hard like it was cut from the hard part of the Melon that you would find under the skin. I lodged a complaint. Got a sorry but no money back. Today Wednesday 06/05/2026after BH I washed the 2 boxes of Blueberries that I bought from Coop and there are several mold covered Blueberries and I cannot get this complaint to Coop and they probably won't give back the money I paid to this customer. You need to know that this Coop never gives or offers receipts which makes getting a refund impossible. BEWARE customers!! I am a recent widow and have lost a massive amount of money that my husband brought into this household and Coop does not care about their customers. Saying sorry is not enough!!! I want a refund and the hoops they make you jump through to get a sorry is rediculous!!!
