  Today i fancied a meal from Burger King in stevenage, being about 5 mins away i went there and firstly tried to order on the app. Every time saying something went wrong. Refusing to let me order on the app. Then i went in. Every time my card was declined and refused to do anything about it. The machine didnt give enough time to sort out payment, instead removing my order and kicking me off of it.

  Extremely disappointed we decided to have a treat at Burger King as we had a really nice one on holiday. But this was a joke when we went in there was only two single people eating on their own but the restaurant didn't have anyone cleaning tables or the floor it was very poor But we had placed our order when I noticed this ,so our food arrived after a short wait the meal was delivered to the table first impression it looked good but then I had to remove the lid from the milkshake to see who's was who's but strangely the caramel milkshake was only three quarters full when the vanilla one was up to the top , Chips were hot but we picked up our burger's to notice they didn't feel very warm and when I unwrapped mine the cheese wasn't melted at all and my partners was cold so we wrapped them roughly and took them back he told the girl behind the counter that they were cold and she offered to pop them in the microwave lol . My partner so no we would like them made from fresh they came back a bit warmer cheese still not melted and actually missing a slice lol and mine seemed to have an excessive amount of sauce which the first one didn't have Found out this place is only a franchise and definitely won't be back its also quite expensive and they charge you 1.20 for a sauce pot

  Absolutely shocking slow service… groups of 4 or 5 staff just stood round looking confused at orders, getting in each others way, packing and unpacking bags or meal boxes… not able to work to capacity

  Absolutely terrible. Ordered food online, had to wait an hour and a half for it, was stone cold when it arrived. Fries tasted like stale shit and they will not issue a refund. Nearly £50 for 3 meals that were awful.

  The service—aside from the kitchen staff—is extremely slow. After my order was ready, it sat waiting to be served for 30 minutes, and my food went cold. Despite bringing this to their attention several times, they wouldn't even look at me; they had no other work to do and were just pacing back and forth. Who wants cold food? The staff act as if they aren't being forced to work. If you aren't happy, please quit.
