  Food was as good as burger king always is however the speed of service and customer service was absolutely terrible. Unsure how this can be classed as fast food given that I waited in the drive thru for 37 minutes and 6 minutes of that was at the window after paying

  I ordered online some nuggets and 3 bottles of water and a monster drink can, the drink came warm/hot . Today being around 30 degrees outside I was in work I was desperate for a cold drink and having 4 drinks and all be warm is unacceptable, it doesn’t even matter the price is just how on earth you can send a warm drink to someone that pays for it to be cold otherwise wouldn’t have ordered!! Will never order from them again and I will tell anyone that i know to never order from there again and definitely for whoever sees this DO NOT ORDER from them and i will also take my time to leave bad reviews on any platform that I can

  Never write reviews but I just had to on this. Quite possibly the slowest drive through experience I’ve ever had. I joined the queue at 17:52 and didn’t receive my food until 18:27, despite there only being four cars ahead of me. By the time I reached the window, there was no acknowledgement of me or of the delay. The staff were uninterested and mostly standing around, cars behind me had started beeping due to how long the queue was taking. When my food was finally handed over, the interaction was dismissive and the order passed over without a word. Regardless of whether the staff wanted to be there or not, they could still make an effort to be polite. I chose not to say anything at the time as I didn’t want to upset the staff and I’m not a confrontation person, but a little acknowledgement would have gone a long way! Definitely won’t be coming back here in a hurry.
