  This is not FAST food. Do not go to the Drive through if you are in a hurry. It is horrendously slow and disorganised, and i've been several times so not a one-off. Can easily take one car 20 minutes from ordering to actually collecting food.

  No eye contact from staff. Completely ignored when trying to grab their attention. Duty manager ignored someone else who was shouting excuse me. Another customer said the had to shout at them to get served and was rude to because they pointed out the offer wasn't apllied. I Walked out after 30 minutes empty handed. Shocking

  Good atmosphere, food quality was amazing. Kingsley helped me select the right meal for me and was really helpful with professionalism

  Wanted to follow up to a separate review that was mentioned here. I was also at the store after a concert and the toilets were closed for use on date 11.07.26. The only reason I leave 5 stars for service are because of Many. He went above and beyond and listened to the customers and ended up opening the toilets on his own accord closer to 11ish. Despite me overhearing the manager saying he will have to clean them himself if he opens them. He listened to the customers needs and did an amazing job. The rest of the staff on the night seemed unbothered and didn’t care about the customer. Many is a star and cares about customers. In my opinion he should be encouraged rather than being put down. The food was ok, had it better at other BKs.

  Staff don't seem to have any basic hygiene training. Watched one guy scratching his belly under his shirt whilst discarding rubbish and then proceed with food prep, no hand washing. Rude staff who dont acknowledge customers waiting, no manners. Would never ever eat here again in my life. Will be reporting the conditions to food health and safety standards.
