  I went in for lunch and had their sausage and mash.. it was excellent and well above the usual pub lunches.. There's new management but everyone remains very friendly.. well worth dropping in..

  Second time in here and had some bar snacks this time - went for the scampi, pork belly and chicken. All delicious and loved that each dish came with a great condiment. The staff are excellent, very friendly and attentive. Nice to offer and bring us more drinks when the food arrived. Would recommend 👍

  This is a great local, comfortable as soon as you walk in. Great service, and lots of new cocktails. We tried their daily BBQ; now I want their burger everyday. Well worth checking out the Tuesday Bingo night, seriously good fun 😃

  Went to the white hart tap for birthday celebrations and was blown away by the service provided, particularly by the young chap at the bar James. He was very friendly, polite, attentive and sophisticated - really made our experience that bit more enjoyable! Excellent line up of drinks (the brooklyn IPA in particular was a revelation) and great attention to detail with paintings and pictures that celebrate St Albans’ history - will definitely be returning.
