  Haven’t had any stomach issues for over a year, came here for the first time in a while and the world fell out my bottom within hours. Their normal heater was out of action so they did it in the main oven, can’t recommend not sure anything was fresh either

  Very rude middle aged man on the counter, wearing a red chequered shirt tucked in his trousers, very argumentative with the drivers and speaks to them like they’re not humans. He was wearing a red bracelet

  Poor customer service and rude responses. I have been visiting this store for almost 7 years, and this is the first time I have experienced an issue like this. I ordered a salad box, but the portion I received was very small. When I politely asked about it, he was told in a rude manner that they only serve it that way. I understand that portions may vary, but the attitude and way he was spoken to were not acceptable. I visited the store today during lunchtime. I hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service. Thank you.

  it’s good food, just the service that got me a bit annoyed; me and my friend both brought a 6 inch. i paid extra for mine because it had chicken and ham in it, and the guy mixed up the orders. my friend took a bite without realizing it was mine. really annoyed about that and hope they be more careful in their service.
