  DO NOT USE THIS DOMINO'S PIZZA!!! SCAM BRANCH. As you can see i placed an order on 21st March and immediately cancelled due to a better offer on my partners app. As mentioned in the app any issue the app refers you to calling the store. Gentleman answered>Confirmed situation that i want to cancel and he replied'' Yes all cancelled and you will receive refund..... Until now it has never happened. Call branch multiple times only to be fobbed off my rude and incapable staff that just want to say'' WE Are busy'' or '' Its a bust time, call back ect ect. 4 calls made and a visit to the store to get back my £31.00. Staff member said he has messaged the boss (who of course is never there... probably hiding out the back somewhere). I said this is a scam/Fraud. You have taken my money and your not giving it back. Consumer rights act action pending and dispute through card issuer. How can this branch be operating like this!!! DO NOT USE. BETTER ALTERNATIVES IN RICKAMNSWORTH!!!

  We gone for two for Tuesday deal (buy one get the other free) and paid 24.99 for two large pizza. Normally one pizza is 12.99 and they charge 24.99 even after claiming buy one get one deal. Pure cheating on the customers. The taste of the pizza were blunt and the customer service was not acceptable. Never ever go near the place.

  My son ordered a Pizza some Chicken Strips and Fries, he ate the Pizza first, then opened the Chicken Strips Box only to find 1 to be completly missing and another to have a bite already taken out of, he checked the chips and they also looked like someone had been nibbling on them. He rang to complain but they totally dismissed him. Will never use a again and will also be sharing on my social media as someone else's mouth on your food is just not acceptable and the owner/manager should of horrified
