Really disappointed. Stopped using radlett for a while due to quality. Thought id try again. Last couple of times something has changed with the wings, cant get plain ish wings anymore. Now have a spicy coating already on. Order before this was under cooked. This last pizza was burned and crispy, so were the cookies. So disappointing. Guess ill go elsewhere again.

As a semi regular customer, it is disappointing that when wanting to pay cash, the staff quote over £3 extra and are unwilling to change the discount code in order to achieve the same deal. Will be buying elsewhere due to the poor customer service of the branch. Edit . Rude staff member hung up on me when asked why he couldnt change coupon

Easy parking and same range as every other branch.
