  Cut the guys some slack! There is too much negativity in the reviews about this establishment. I found that the breakfast was served at a good temperature and was quite generous. The quality was OK, but there was a bit too much fried bread for my taste. A glass of still water would have been welcome, but didn't seem to be available. Other outlets in the services can fill this gap with chilled bottled water. The servers are friendly and helpful. There's plenty of comfortable seating. My coffee was served nice and hot in a takeaway cup with a lid, which was a good thought, as it was still hot when I'd finished eating so I could take my coffee away with me! All in all, my expectations were met and I consider the offer to be good value for money. I used the voucher that was issued to me by the Ramada Hotel, where I was staying, having paid £10 on top of the room only rate to get this breakfast deal.

  The bap they use for the bacon bap is appalling! Staff lovely of course. Not their fault but really it couldn’t be worse. Foolish of me to try it I suppose. It’s a service station so everything about the rest of the experience is out of their control.

  I love English breakfasts. But unfortunately, the mushrooms here were definitely frozen. They were so bad I wouldn't even feed them to my pets. It was awful. Sorry, the service is okay, but the food is awful
