  Order #1017994298 Absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely appalling experience and one that raises serious concerns about food safety, hygiene standards, and customer welfare. I received an entirely incorrect order. After contacting the store, I was initially told the correct order would not be sent, which was unacceptable in itself. Over an hour later, a replacement finally arrived – but the pizza was completely cold and had clearly been mishandled, arriving upside down and in an inedible condition. What happened next was even more shocking. The delivery driver then asked me to hand back the incorrect pizza so it could be delivered to the customer who had actually ordered it. Let that sink in: a food item that had been sitting inside my home for over an hour was apparently intended to be passed on to another customer. This is utterly disgusting and a blatant food hygiene risk. Once food has been delivered to the wrong address, there is no way for the business to know how it has been stored, handled, contaminated, or tampered with. The implications for customers with allergies, intolerances, or underlying health conditions are obvious and extremely serious. The fact that anyone within the business thought it was acceptable to retrieve food from one customer’s home and redistribute it to another customer demonstrates a complete disregard for basic food safety principles. To make matters worse, I later received a phone call from the store asking for the pizza back because they intended to give it to the correct customer. The caller seemed unhappy when I informed them that the pizza had already been disposed of in the bin. Frankly, I find it astonishing that I even had to explain why food that had been incorrectly delivered to my property for over an hour should never be passed on to another member of the public. The entire incident shows a complete failure in customer service, quality control, and food hygiene awareness. I will be reporting this matter to the relevant food hygiene authorities so they can investigate whether this practice is taking place more widely. Given the seriousness of what occurred, I am demanding a full refund for Order #1017994298. I have completely lost confidence in this store’s ability to handle food safely and will not be ordering from them again.

  Fast and easy. We had a dairy allergy pizza too and im very satisfied with how they kept it allergy free. I highly recommend ecommend this Dominoes 👍

  We have ordered pizzas from there on a few occasions and the last 2 times has been awful service. 2 weeks ago my son ordered a pizza from there with extra cheese well it arrived burnt with hardly any cheese on it with a sweet sauce, so we complaint and they replaced the pizza but still arrived with a sweet sauce! My wife and I was working today and finished late so we decided to give Dominos another go so my wife ordered and paid for the pizza at 8pm at 9:15pm we was still waiting for it so my wife chased it up and they told us they didn’t receive the order my wife checked her credit card and it was definitely paid for so someone was lying and it wasn’t us, they told us we could not have a refund so we did not want the delivery of the pizza as it was to late to eat and the manager refused to refund and told us that the pizza was now made during the course of our telephone conversation, so we still declined his offer to deliver it and he then went on to say that we had to go via the head office for a refund and it can take up to a month to refund my wife’s payment and tried to insist we accept the delivery which we declined, worst customer service we have experienced we shall never be going back to them for a pizza in the future. So you have been warned!!

  I had a great experience with dominoes pizza. I recently ordered pepperoni and mozzarella pizzas and some sides also it was so good and very perfect. They keep their store very clean and perfect. Staff is also polite. Thanks
