  Ordered a 15£ meal only to get stale meat which was in the holding unit for atleast 3 hrs and from when did burger king start making fries that were in the basket and used them same to heat them up again very pathetic

  Served by a lovely Indian woman, staff all smiling and friendly. Served very quickly and food was great.

  No options, just 2 chicken burgues, long wait even though there were only 2 options they manage to take a looong time to prepared the only 2 option they had lol. Cold food, cheese was not even melted. Disgraceful experience. Can’t get mayo, as it’s not free only ketchup haha… even the drink was bad pure syrup, just avoid stop by the next service station.

  Kiosks weren't working and it said to order at the counter. Was waiting at the counter behind some people for 10+ mins, the guy there completely ignoring all of us. Eventually managed to get his attention and ask if they're taking orders. He just said 'No', turned around and left. Could've told any one of us standing here that rather than ignore!
