    I can see why there are so many bad reviews. Ordered the new Wagyu burger and it was charred around the side, burnt and flavourless. Shame.

    Poor customer service. Ordered food via the screens and received my order quickly. Food was good quality and no issues. My father in law wanted some BBQ sauce so I went to the counter to ask for some. At least 3 members of staff walked by me and I was ignored. It was as if they were trying not to look my way. Eventually I got the attention of one of them. I asked for the sauce, she told me the price as if to put me off getting it. 35p isn't going to break the bank but her having to get it would have been a disruption to her day. She then tried to get someone else to serve me instead. After waiting for more time I gave up. Having a particular role in the running of a shift doesn't excuse you from poor customer service. A simple smile and a "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Screens for ordering my seem easier but simple interactions with people are being lost. Customer service is a skill that was not displayed at this burger king today.

    2 days running no beef? Hardly king of burgers. Useless. Could put a sign by the entrance to the services rather than waste another 20 mins getting out for the second time. Won't bother again.

    Good quality, fresh hot food. Just couldn't believe that a Double Whopper Meal could cost nearly £15
