  This shop is way way too expensive.i brought 6 items and it came to £55 lmao I then went to the spar on Ashcroft road and got all items Barr the vape for £ 11.80.this was shocking and a disgrace against nisa

  I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and I never expected this kind of treatment from this shop. This is the lady whose son you accused of shoplifting. You made a meat seller search my son because you accused him of pocketing an item, even though he paid for the 2 items he bought. The first item he picked was returned before he got to the till because he said he did not like it anymore. We both checked the CCTV and nothing was found, yet my son was still treated like a thief. And all you could say was, “Why does he not use a basket?” and that I should not come to the shop again if I want. You noticed I was baffled by your statement, because it was completely unreasonable and showed no real understanding of how to handle customers properly. Your father is a very respected man, but with the attitude you displayed today, you acted childish, disrespectful, and lacking manners and business sense. Instead of handling the issue professionally, you chose to make false accusations without evidence. It is disappointing to see someone benefiting from a business built by their father, yet treating loyal customers this way. And to say I have been one of the customers with the most consistent reviews and support for this shop over the years, so this experience is very disappointing.
