- DBDaniel ByasOct 5, 20265.0Staff and food both amazing, customer service is exceptional here. Chicken burgers and fried chicken here taste great.
- DADerpy AdamSep 22, 20261.0The previous two occasions I’ve ordered from favourite chicken, I’ve had a number of issues with their service. On one occasion, their driver didn’t hand me half my order, meaning I had to ring the store up to have the rest of it delivered. On another occasion, the most recent, the driver delivered our food, however didn’t ring the doorbell or mark the food as delivered on the delivery app. After nearly an hour of waiting, we ring the store up and the guy on the other end said they’d already delivered. He’d apparently rang on the door and waited for 10 minutes but “no one came” and that he could see people watching tv. All these were ridiculous excuses to hand waive their poor service as the doorbell wasn’t rang, the door wasn’t knocked, we were sat upstairs waiting not watching tv, and as previously noted, the order wasn’t marked as delivered. Just disappointing overall. Had decent enough experiences in the past, but it seems that customer service has taken a dramatic hit.
- SUShorif UddinSep 8, 20262.0Their food is ok but the portion size is too small for the price . Management needs to work on that .
