  Terrible service, get a Domino’s instead. They take ages to deliver but update the app to say they have so the only choice you have is to keep ringing them until they eventually decide to turn up.

  Money taken, no pizza delivered, refund requested, no refund. That's why it should be minimum.

  Our pizzas arrived 15 mins after the tracker said delivered, we had to call and the woman wasn't sure where the driver was. When the food did arrive my pizza had a hair in it. Called to complain about both and was just met with a lot of attitude. Super disappointed as I only ever buy from Papa Johns.

  The cashiers are very nice and friendly, but struggle to understand English. The cashiers are often in the back and leave customers waiting over 10 minutes before they come to the counter. I had to walk into the kitchen myself to ask for someone to come and serve me. Good luck to anyone trying to order a customised pizza like I was, as the cashiers won’t understand a word you’re saying. They agreed to do the customisations I asked for(after I had to repeat it about 4 times using more basic words) but then I received a normal pizza; completely disregarding all the customisations. The pizza was nice though, can’t go wrong with a pizza.
