- ALAnna LesnicAug 8, 20261.0My app won't allow me to pick up a device. This is the second time I've asked for help, and I'm told I need to wait for someone to sort it out and try another time, but nothing happens and I still cannot get a device. The staff member simply brushes me off, saying, "Sorry, not today." I try to explain that I received the exact same response last time and nothing changed, but it gets ignored. Security sees this and offers no help either. It's a very frustrating situation, as I really need to know my exact total before paying at the checkout—this is genuinely important to me, but it is completely ignored by the staff. Second part: A very polite manager explained to me that I might have missed scanning something when I used the device on May 11th. However, I never pay using the device. I only scan items to keep track of the total and make sure I stay within budget. I 100% use only the regular checkout, leaving the device right before the register. If there was an issue, why wasn't I informed about it for two months, and now such accusations are being made against me?
