  Food was ok , extremely slow service toke around 50 mins for some egg on toast and crumpets with chicken , didn’t even acknowledge the delay or wait when food arrived. Shame really

  Very rude staff - took my blind friend for coffee and it was slammed down in front of him and he wasn't even aware it was there - very rude

  My grandson came in to the cafe and purchased an adult meal . He was refused the offer of a child’s meal . The manager Lee was very rude and aggressive telling me he is not going to look after my grandson .. my grandson does not need looking after I am on hand at all times to guide him when beaded. I explained that it is not clear on the advertising that an adult needs to be present when purchasing an adult meal . . My grandson was with a friend who he was treating to food as the young boy had no money for food . . When I spoke to the manager and asked for his name he told me his name was Ryan later a member of his staff then came to me and told me he was lying and that his name is Lee . I have to say I’m so disappointed in the behaviour of this manager in the respect that he was so unhelpful to these boys and there order for good and also that he blatantly lied about his name . His rudeness and dismissive attitude does not reflect the standard and care that the rest of the staff show to customers .
