  Absolutely terrible service. Order wasn’t completed which led to me finishing my coffee before my slice of cake arrived. Two members of staff behind the till made me feel extremely insignificant when I asked about the cake and I never even received an apology. I won’t be returning as there are plenty more friendlier and efficient coffee/ cake establishments in Hemel Hempstead.

  What a fantastic new addition. Clean pristine decor. The staff are amazing. Very rarely these days do you get a whole team with immaculate customer service skills. The coffee is fantastic and it all comes with a genuine smile. I have not tried the food yet but what's on view looks delicious and the menu quite varied. Great place to meet friends and family or just pop in for a takeout. Good Luck to Esquires! This is one that deserves to stay.

  It's new and they appear to be trying. My lunch was ok, jacket potato and partner had pancakes. Potato was a hard and a but dry, I did eat it and berries on pancake were sour, pictures show strawberries but got redcurrant. I thought it was expensive given the quality

  Went here this morning with my parents. I ordered the sourdough and scrambled eggs but what we got was just brown bread toast and eggs for £7.50! I couldn't be bothered to complain so just left it and I also ordered a latte but they didn't ask me what size I wanted, as I presumed it came in 1 size only. However after that, I saw it came in regular and large. Obviously I was given the large. Other then that the latte tasted great!

  A really wonderful customer service experience every time. Great to have somewhere that stays open later for a recovery refreshment after a long retail shift. So thankful this place has opened. It is not just "another coffee shop" it is the loveliest coffee shop.
