Untidy and dirty place to eat in. Tried the place out a couple of times, chips taste like they have been reheated from earlier on, tasteless burgers. When doing a take out order they made me fill my own drinks when they have the machines behind the till too. Drive thru hardly ever open, minimal parking. Not much great things to say. Better off going to mcdonalds across the road.

Like other reviews this restaurant has shocking service. So I queue at the drive through to order, 5 minutes wait between each order being taken. When it's finally my turn I pay , get the food and drive off. BK employee comes running out saying my card needed to be inserted with chip and pin as tapping didn't work. Had a small dog in the car which gets distressed if left , I said bring the card machine and I'll pay, he said no not possible. So I go inside the restaurant to pay, more waiting and they couldn't take the payment at till and wanted me to go through the drive thru again! Another wait behind others ordering just to go through to pay. Queue not moving so I reversed out , parked up went round to the window collection point to pay. Absolute joke of restraunt.
Won't be going back. Will be doing a formal complaint to HO. Given all the negative and same reviews this BK branch should be closed down until they find competent staff. Do yourself a favour and give this one a miss , absolutely the worst experience of any fast food restaurant EVER.

I don't say this lightly, this is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Total chaos behind the tills, huge queues of people waiting for food with staff having no idea of what's going on.
The toilets were an total disgrace with the sink flooding over onto the floor and no toilet rolls available, disgusting.
We ended up getting a refund and leaving, first time I've ever had to do that at a fast food restaurant.
Don't waste your time and money, go absolutely anywhere else.

Had two experiences with this restaurant. One drive thru, one eat in. Firstly the drive thru:
I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and was not served, after repeated “hello?”s I decided to drive on to the next window as I thought the speaker may have been broken. Only to see the car behind me immediately get served at the speaker. I was fuming lol! Not sure if they have a sensor issue but it’s not ideal when the main piece of equipment keeping your drive thru running isn’t being observed properly.
Eat in experience: where do I start, i ordered 3 bacon double XL meals and it took 50 minutes and it came out cold. I understand teething issues with a new restaurant but this is ridiculous.
To see that the page has been bombarded with fake reviews is insanity as well. Maybe focus on actually improving the restaurant instead of writing fake reviews.

The food is perfect. The service is perfect. Please ignore the fact that the last 20 5 star reviews were all posted from the exact same IP address 😂
The staff are too busy providing world class hospitality to ever fake a review.
Seriously though…. What an absolute joke. This place is an embarrassment. The service is non existent because the entire team are apparently moonlighting as fiction writers. Maybe if you spent less energy praising yourselves online and more energy actually melting the cheese on my burger, you wouldn’t have a 1.2 star average.
