Firstly we get a lovely greeting and a 'nice to see you again' which as embarrassing as it is to know we come here THAT often its lovely customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for David and he always has a smile on his face, a true asset to the team ❤️ Ps: The manager was lovely and professional as well

No matter how starving I am when I arrive, I know I’ll always leave full and satisfied. The duck soba is my go-to which is gorgeous every time. Our last couple of visits we’ve been served by David who is just so delightful and very attentive, a credit to the restaurant. We love you, David! I would also like to thank the female manager whose name I didn’t get for helping me resolve a problem using student discount this most recent visit and making sure we had another great experience. 10/10 for food and service, the best Wagamama I’ve been to
