Had a great experience at Domino’s Hatfield! A special thank you to Fatima, who served me and provided excellent customer service. She made me feel welcome and made the visit a pleasure. A real credit to the team. Thank you, Fatima, keep up the great work!

went in and fatima instantly starting begging it for a 5 star review, threatening us how we better not leave a 1 star review, we got our food and they got my pizza wrong, ordered 2 toppings but gave me it plain, gave it back so they can change it and they just declined me because they couldn’t be asked. got home, pizzas were cut as if they did it blind and a couple of them needed a microwave to be hot. don’t bother ordering just go somewhere else

Collected my Pizza along with my girlfriend at approximately 20:45 on 29/09/26, we were bluntly greeted by an employee who asked for our names, then proceeded to point us in the direction of a Qr code to leave a review - upon receiving our food the employee further addressed my girlfriend in a rude manner to confirm that she left a review. My girlfriend left your establishment quite upset as a result of this.

Made a collection order from this store by mistake. I called them immediately to cancel or change to another store closer to my house. They kept telling me they don't have my order for 10 mins, at the end they told me that my order is ready for pick up and cannot be cancelled. Incompetent staff.
