- ADAlice DrummondMay 12, 20262.0It's a pretty awful co-op. Poorly run, with a really poor range on offer compared to other co-ops. The people who work there are nice, but the shop is always understaffed and understocked. About 40% of the time I go in there, they've run out of/not restocked what i needed. Basic things even, like eggs (which they always seem to be out of) and vegetables. Please sort it out! We need a good local shop, and this is really poor.
- MMmartinApr 2, 20261.0Was a great local shop. Recent months have seen a huge decline. Its so unwelcoming. When served on tills members of staff have been talking on phone via ear piece, they grunt at best. Place always looks dirty and run down. Would only use if really desperate now.
- BWBeen WayneFeb 14, 20261.0I regularly visit my local Co-op, but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. I didn’t feel comfortable at all during my visit. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and I felt like I was being stared at. The staff appeared rude and had unfriendly, angry expressions, which made the experience even worse. As a regular customer, I expect to feel respected and comfortable while shopping. Sadly, this visit left me feeling the opposite. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future.
