  I went to hatfield burger king , it was so nice and cool in the store. the food was great and the staff were very welcoming.

  Ordered on your stupid screen that keeps trying to upsell to me and trying to persuade me to donate to a charity when I just want to order food..no receipt available as the staff can’t be arsed to leave the counter to change the roll even though they are standing around doing nothing to be handed the wrong order and when challenged the staff member accused me of making trouble for them and to contact customer services then turned around and continued the orders..I will not be returning

  A very clean restaurant. The floors, tables and drinks machine were all spotless.The food was cooked to order, served hot, and exactly what we’d expect from Burger King. Overall, a very good experience.

  Recently refurbished BK inside the Hatfield galleria is much improved I think the drive thru bit is now open 24/7. There are toilets which are clean and I get my BLC discount also.The layout of the resteraunt area seems fine and the staff seem quite good and friendly..My only complaint is that you do not get your loyalty points when you order at the till in order to get the BLC discount. Very good 5 stars!!

  The manager here has been extremely rude and appears to be treating customers unfairly. We’ve been waiting for 15–20 minutes, yet he has continued serving only white customers while completely ignoring us. We called out to him multiple times, but he refused to acknowledge us. What’s even more concerning is that he isn’t wearing a name badge, making it impossible for customers to identify him or file a proper complaint. He is a bald white man. If this is discriminatory behaviour, it’s completely unacceptable. It’s high time Burger King addressed issues like this and ensured all customers are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their race.
