  Awful service!!! don’t bother trying to order from here. i’m giving 1 star because i can’t give 0. Myself and a friend ordered 2 pizzas and a side for both of us, not only did it take over an hour until they were due to arrive (we live 20mins away) they also failed to actually deliver our pizza. The manager Nikki Patel was rude on the phone and should not be allowed to take customer phone calls as her attitude was disgraceful. we kindly asked if there was an update on our food as it had said on the app ‘delivered’ yet there was no food to be seen. She shouted was rude and disgraceful towards us and accusing us of lying when we had proof against her accusations. Disgusting!

  Rocket Science Seminar!!! You order through Uber Eats, says order received, status after 20min updated to Order on the way, 1.5 hours later, I call them to see whats going on, I am in Bushey - They say we dont deliver to your addres.. Then the manager says, we have never received your order?!?! How can you deliver 1* service over a period of 10 Years??? Seriously now, whats the secret?

  Just shocking service, pizza we collected was cold and burnt. Manager was useless and no apology or offer a refund. Just shocking! If you want a pizza DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Go and order from a local restaurant

  Ordered from here yesterday and the food was really good. Pizza was fresh, hot and tasted great. Staff were also really friendly when we picked it up. Overall a good experience and would definitely order again.

  This branch has gone downhill fast. I ordered nearly 2 hours ago and I am still waiting for this pizza.....very disappointed. It has been shown out for delivery on the app for the last 60 minutes. I shall never be using this branch again.
