  Ordered with Just Eat just before 10pm, they then marked my food as delievered at 11.15 (15 mins past their ordering window and 20 minutes late) even though I had not recieved it. Called the store but they ignored the phones and closed up shop. Didnt eat till gone midnight, no call, no updates, nothing. Reviewing here as Just Eat no longer shows customer comments, which enables places like this to mishandle customers. Awful service. Avoid.

  very bad service made me wait one hour after accepting my order then told me to cancel it on the just eat app very bad service i recommend everyone to stay away

  Very disappointed with Papa John’s. I ordered via Just Eat and was told delivery would take 55 minutes, but after waiting much longer I called and found out my order hadn’t even been started. In total, we waited nearly 2 hours. When the pizza finally arrived, one of them was partially burnt. Unacceptable service and poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
