  Went into papa johns (borehamwood) for a pizza sat waiting for it and noticed 2 members of staff on personal phones while making the pizzas. Saw both of them take them out of their pockets and use them while touching people’s food, another thing was none of the staff had hair nets on they did have baseball caps on but not only on the side of their heads so no surprise hair in food, also see one member of staff wash his hands before using the broom but then not wash them again before bringing food out of the chiller to restock. How has this store have a 5 star rating food hygiene, shocking place

  Ordered with Just Eat just before 10pm, they then marked my food as delievered at 11.15 (15 mins past their ordering window and 20 minutes late) even though I had not recieved it. Called the store but they ignored the phones and closed up shop. Didnt eat till gone midnight, no call, no updates, nothing. Reviewing here as Just Eat no longer shows customer comments, which enables places like this to mishandle customers. Awful service. Avoid.
