ZERO customer service from this store. I received an email notification on 05/10 showing that somebody had placed an order through my Domino’s account. The order wasn’t mine, so I immediately called the store, literally within the same minute, to explain that my account had been fraudulently accessed and to ask them to stop or cancel the order. The person who answered the phone genuinely couldn’t have cared less. There was no concern, no attempt to help and seemingly no interest in even cancelling an order I had just told them was fraudulent. Whoever answered the Domino’s phone at 21:46 on 05/10, please learn how to provide the absolute minimum level of customer service. When somebody calls to report fraud within seconds of an order being placed, you would expect the store to at least take it seriously.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at Domino’s Borehamwood! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Everything was prepared to a great standard and arrived exactly as expected. Definitely one of the best Domino’s experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended! 🍕👏
