  Shelves are usually half empty or completely empty. There is a member of staff in particular who is very rude . I don’t know her name but she is of Asian heritage and was on the till on Sunday 2nd March ‘25 (for reference for Co Op to investigate) I went into the store several weeks ago and she literally knocked into my basket with a crate of bread, when I politely said can you wait for me to chose my items , she said “I’m doing my job!” I told her , her job is to serve customers and I moved on , I than looked over and she was just standing there starring at me with an intense look! I asked her if there was an issue, to my shock she said “it’s my eyes , I’ll look where I want” Spoke to the manager he told me to call a number ! I came back today and to my surprise I was starred at by the same colleague right up until I left the store . I think this colleague either needs more training or should not work in a customer service role!

  A very rude manager. I came to pick up the parcel . I was sent to the back door. I knocked the door and she opened with an unpleasant face, reminding me not to knock. She didn't feel like giving me this package, I waited and waited. She gave me this package at last and told me I had no manners. Such a person should never be in this position!!!
