Great pub with a wide selection of wine and beers on tap. Food was also super nice and affordable. Luke and Adam were super helpful with our allergens on our table. Good atmosphere too.

Excellent service, friendly staff. The most amazing apple crumble tart. Staff Charlie was so attentive and so hopefully to the needs of our guest. Thank you for keeping us all so happy and merry. We will definitely return. 😊🥂

Lovely pub! We sat outside by the canal for a few drinks which was lovely. There’s also a big beer garden which we didn’t realise until we were leaving so there’s a lot of room to sit. Drinks were standard pricing and the staff were great and helpful.

We decided to stop at The Crystal Palace for a meal before returning home after a day trip to Berkhamsted for our wedding anniversary. We were hoping for the lunch menu (smaller portions) but due to staff shortages they weren't able to do it. However, we had drinks and waited for the evening service to begin. We chose the fish and chips and they did let us have the lunch time portion size. We were not disappointed. The meal was delicious. The staff were very friendly and the views of the canal in the early evening sunshine were lovely. A great place. We would highly recommend a visit.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Crystal Palace Pub in Berkhamsted with my family. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our server, Adam, was absolutely lovely and provided brilliant service — friendly, attentive and made us feel really welcome. A special mention also has to go to Kevin, the chef, who made a fantastic Sunday roast. The food was delicious, well presented and exactly what you want from a proper Sunday lunch. Thank you to Adam, Kevin and the whole team for making our family Sunday so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🍽️👏
