  Easy to get in and out on a morning to grab a sandwich prior to work at 8am. Shame the cigarette booth isn't open before 8am, currently you have to go to the petrol station.

  I bought diesel but got received a receipt for a different persons receipt from the pay at pump and I doubted the fuel that I had put in. Thankfully Candice and Lynsey took the time and went through the CCTV to confirm to me that the fuel was in fact diesel that I thought and it was the wrong receipt that had been given. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks again Lynsey and Candice you were amazing 🤩

  I visited Hartlepool extra on 20/2/26 approx 12.00 noon with my 87 year old mother in a wheelchair, as I wanted to print 1 photo for her at the Max Spielman instant photo machine. I asked at the customer service desk if someone could possibly help me, the girl behind the counter said we don’t have a clue we haven’t been trained, I asked if she wouldn’t mind looking as I’m a 60+ year old not very techy! She came reluctantly then went back to the CSD before I got my picture to print, I was still struggling so I asked her again for help to which she replied, I only know as much as you. I abandoned trying to print my picture and went to the phone shop where a lovely girl called Jade came to help me and finally got my print. Jade took her time helped me through the process and stayed until my print arrived. That’s excellent service. The girl on the CSD, couldn’t see her name as I don’t think she was wearing a name badge, long dark hair, glasses. Tesco if you’re getting in machines to replace actual people, then please make sure you train colleagues to operate them to help customers who may need it. Unhelpful customer service desk. 1 star, Jade 5 stars.
