  Firstly, we use the self serve screen and everything is sold out other than cold drinks. Which is fine, it happens. Then I order my £4.25 chocolate milkshake. I have had it before and it is lovely. Then we have to wait an excessive amount of time for said drink. When it does come out i was very disappointed. It looks nothing like the picture, missing the chocolate syrup and the whipped cream. The guy that handed me the drink literally told me he doesnt know what hes doing, which is okay but dont make it if you dont know how to do it!!!!!! Ask for some help!!!!!!! I paid £4.25 for a drink that was nothing like the actual drink i was expecting. It also just tasted gritty and lacking lots of flavour. I had to bin it after taking the first sip. I would have asked for a refund but the people at the till didnt know how to work the tills either!!!!

  Went into Tesco Wick Cafe with already low expectations and still managed to be disappointed. Couldn’t find a seat as mountains of dirty dishes were over every table. Cleaned our own table. Tea finally arrived which tasted of washing up liquid and in dirty cups. Then processed to wait for 1 hr 20 mins for two mediocre breakfasts to arrive. Sausages were literally frozen in the middle! Forced to return the plates. Saw other folk complaining to staff. Staff don’t seem to care. From reading other reviews now this is a regular occurrence. Will not be returning.

  Tesco finds new ways to disappoint everytime. New self service. Meal arrives and us finished. Still waiting for our can of come and a mocha. Tables not cleared and are dirty.
