  Vi startede med en Aporol og fik en pasta ret og en pizza. Pastaen var lækker og med god smag, ros til den. Men Pizzaen var en flad oplevelse. Den manglede smag/fyld. Der var alt for lidt fyld på så det føles som om hver anden mundfuld kun var tynd bund med tomat. Betjeningen: Super fint med både anvisning og selve bestillingen. Lige da vi var færdige med at spise blev der straks ryddet og regningen kom selvom vi ikke var færdige med vores drinks og ikke havde taget stilling til dessert. Følte faktisk vi blev skubbet ud. Der er helt klart andre stedet med bedre betjening.

  Time for some pasta and this dish can be recommended 🤩. I asked for salt and peber as it needed more taste, but having added both the taste was incredible good. Nice waiters and they were very busy. However, once we had finalized our dinner but still had our drink left we were asked to settle the bill. A bit too fast if you ask me. Leaving the restaurant and saying kindly goodbye this was not being returned as a gesture, so all in all I am a bit challanged on whether or not I should recommend this place.

  Hola! Hemos venido a cenar mi pareja y yo en agosto de 2026 y hemos tenido una muy mala experiencia. La mesa que nos dieron a pesar de estar el local medio vacio estaba sucia y coja, nos trajeron las cartas de menu, vevida y carta completa lamentablemente estavan todas rotas por el centro cuestion que deja mucho que desear para el poco coste que tienen estas. Despues hemos pedimos la vevida con tan mala suerte que el camarero que se veia muy joven e innesperto nos a hechado una copa de vino por encima y nos a puesto perdidos. Su reaccion a sido sacar un rollo de papel y ya esta. Le e pedido por favor que sacara una balleta y una fregona para limpiar el estropicio y a sacado una fregona sucia y mal oliente y nada mas lo a limpiado mal y a medias a continuacion a agachado la cabeza y se a ido a tirar la basura y a desaparecido del servicio. Hemos pedido una pizza y un plato de pasta a una compañera tambien jovencita y estaba todo soso y elaborados con muy poco gusto, el postre que hemos pedido para compartir estaba bueno y tenia buena presencia pero seguro que lo compran hecho de otro lugar. El ticket a salido por 51 libras. Tenia buenas expectativas al entrar al local pero me e marchado muy decepcionado, por que manchar a un cliente y despues atendernos de una manera tan irresponsable y despreocupada me parece de una poca profesionalidad y mas aun si el gerente o propietario estaba detras de la barra y no se a dignado a dar la cara y hechar un viatazo y ver como funciona el servicio y poner orden y arreglar los problemas que van saliendo. Espero que cojan medidas por su bien en el negocio y mas aun por la gente que estamos de vacaciones y nos gastamos el dinero queriendo que nos atiendan responsablemente sin arruinarnos una velada que merece la pena pasar en inverness

  Huge thanks to the lovely staff here, after a very very long drive we were turned away for food from our hotel who had overbooked - with a very tired and hungry 6 y/o in tow it was getting a bit stressful around bedtime with no dinner. The lovely staff at this branch were kind, friendly and did everything they could to help us out and gifted us our dinner for free. That is a gesture which went abive and beyond and meant so very much to us and really speaks volumes about the staff who obviously recognised we were having a moment! Thanks so much!!!

  Daughter called days before to make the booking and ask if they accepted the 'Taste Card'. Told that they did. Arrived to a restaurant bursting at the seams, very noisy, staff thin on the ground and obviously very stressed. Asked again about the Taste Card and told it was 'subject to T&Cs' which they'd check and get back to us. Ordered our meal which arrived literally within a couple of minutes. Never been served so fast in any restaurant! My husband eats anything - the farthest person from a fussy eater but he said it was the worst pasta dish he'd ever had. Mine was the same. Pasta was thick, undercooked and cold. Hubby said there was no beef in his. Neither of us finished our meal. A lady arrived at the table across from us. Again, food arrived almost immediately. She tasted it, pushed it away and left. The staff making the pizzas in full view of customers, were not wearing gloves and wore dirty looking aprons. We didn't get the impression that attention to hygiene was prevalent. To add insult to injury, when the bill arrived we were told that they DIDN'T accept the Taste Card. If we had known this we would not have stayed for our meal as it was more like a cattle market than a pleasant place to have bite to eat. We have been to many Zizzis but this was sadly well below par and has put us off visiting any of the branches in future. Next night we ate in Bella Italia just up the road from this and it was amazing 👏🏼 The waiting staff, on a positive ending, were lovely, despite being under pressure.
