  Der McDonald’s in Inverness überzeugt vor allem durch seine Lage und das Gebäude selbst. Von aussen macht das Restaurant einen wirklich schönen Eindruck und passt gut ins Stadtbild. Es liegt praktisch am Übergang zwischen Stadtzentrum und Ausfahrt, je nachdem aus welcher Richtung man kommt, und ist zudem in der Nähe des Schlosses gelegen. Innen ist es dann ein klassischer McDonald’s, wie man ihn kennt, funktional, schnell und ohne grosse Überraschungen. Genau das bekommt man auch: unkompliziertes Essen, das schnell serviert wird.

  Inverness has 2 Macdonalds ,as far as i know they are both the same company however when we went yo the other one and used the app to place an order, hit i am here so they took my money it turns out they had decided to close. As there was 2 of us with 2 orders we went to this one and asked what they could do showing them the order as their other MacDonalds was closed (stated open online). No apologies about the other branch being shut just a blunt ,feont of counter staff didn't know and called for the duty manager,they weren't interested and just abruptly said nothing we can do, no apologies,no communication on how we get a refund. Really poor customer service

  It’s the World Cup, Scott’s vs Haiti, the place is slammed, and in spite of that our food was fast, the place was clean, and the young lady at the till was super friendly.

  Visiting this battlefield sight is worth the experience. Many of my ancestors lie here. So very poignant and emotionally stirring.

  Firstly, it's a fast food establishment so the grub ain't ever going to be Michelin star,,, but i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The only thing I felt a bit uneasy about was some of the clientele coming in were a not as nice. There seemed to be a lot of people not actually buying anything but just using the place as a hangout area. That itself isn't to bad, but there were a few individuals just there to cause bother and inconvenience to other's, which is a real shame cause other than that, it's good, and situated at a handy location.
