  I'm from Glasgow and McDonald's in Glasgow is so slow and terrible, well me and the wife ordered and I thought I'll go out for a cigarette.... food was ready before I was half way through my cigarette , very friendly staff one woman came up and complemented my wife's hair!

  Bought a fish burger meal after a long time; the burger has shrunk in size & the fries were undercooked & raw. I had driven off before opening my order & didn't realise, so ended up binning the fries.

  Freshest, tastiest McDonald's we had yet, and the staff extremely friendly amd pleasant (we were there in peak summer too)

  The staff in there were running about like headless chickens it was so busy. They were trying to get everything and everyone sorted. Given how insanely busy it was I wasn't expecting the food to be cold, especially the fries. Drinks were half full. Won't lie it was like a zoo inside. Was overstimulating 😅 couldn't sit in was too busy so went to car.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the McDonald’s restaurant in Fort William. The burger I was served was cold and had very little sauce. I politely asked a member of staff if they could add a little extra sauce because the burger was dry, but I was bluntly refused. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, I was told that I would have to buy sauce separately. Later, I went to ask for one Garlic Mayo. Before I could even explain, the staff member spoke to me in a very rude manner, as if I was trying to get something for free. I immediately said that I had no problem paying for it and was happy to pay whatever the price was. However, the way I was treated was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the manager. When I explained that my burger was cold and had almost no sauce, the manager was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the issue or providing good customer service. On top of that, the restaurant itself was not clean. The table where we sat had not been cleaned before we arrived, which gave a very poor impression of the restaurant’s hygiene standards. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at any McDonald’s. I expect much better from such a well-known company. I would appreciate it if this complaint is taken seriously, investigated properly, and appropriate action is taken to improve both the customer service and cleanliness at this restaurant.
