  I ordered food and as I was waiting I cut my foot outside so I asked for a plaster and they said they don’t have any. So then I asked for a first aid kit and they don’t have one !!! Health and safety !!!

  My first time ordering from here, I had a really pleasant experience, food came on time, delivery driver was lovely. But the second time around, I chose for my food to come at 13:30, when my husband comes home for lunch so I could surprise him and we could eat together. The food was 30 minutes late, which was very annoying, and the delivery driver left it in the hallway of my block of flats outside another flat opposite mine? I do understand not being able to find my flat, but being right outside and just leaving it there is pure laziness. Very irritating as we thought he wasn't going to show up and we very nearly lost our food to somebody else!

  There is a delivery problem with this store. The food is usually good quality but they have no drivers. My pizza was stone cold as it spent 45 minutes at the 'checking and cutting' stage on the tracker which means the food sat for 45 mins waiting for a delivery rider.

  Coming home late and from work, was very hungry and ordered at this place. A very big mistake!!!! It took an hour on tracking system for the cooking and 40 mins more for the cutting and it stopped there. Didn't say if it was coming or not. Ended up cooking something else instead or else I'll pass out from hunger. Mind you, I have been working all day and was on my feet most of the time. It would have been lovely to just eat and enjoy a new cooked pizza but nooooooo it's been 2 hours before the pizza arrived. I was walking down the street, late at night, literally on the way to the shop to ask what's going on and just collect my order. That's when I received an email saying that my order in on the way. Met the driver on the street and the pizza was cold as ice. The drink was already warm. Please don't order here. If you want to order for dinner order it during lunch time, maybe you'll get it on time. It's ridiculous!

  On Saturday night 25/04 /26 . This place is a disaster. I did not receive the receipt or email for my order even putting all details. Do Not buy . I order a pizza Pepperoni and the works . The lady did call me after the payment was done she called to tell me to pick up the pizza at pizza shop because they had no driver available , even paying for the service . I said ok I will send my husband , when my husband was by the door of papa John’s the driver called him to open the door of my flat . The cherry on top cold pizza and wrong pizza . I called the girl who insisted tell me I order a pizza that I didn’t and would not give for a children because was spice . She turned off the phone on my face I had to call again and she said she could not do anything. What a rubbish customer service and communication. If I could give 0 star I would . Broken system, really bad customer service miscommunication , and zero chance to solve any situation with them . Horrible experience. Never anymore .
