  Why are your toilet seats so uncomfortable seriously can't you just put normal ones there this is England not wherever. Also for the love of all that's holy please turn the music down seriously I want to concentrate not get blasted in the era.

  Good service, I asked to put extra stuff on my burger and they did just that, chips taste perfect, and the atmosphere was good too

  I used to be a great fan but today we bought three milkshakes. The were basically vanilla. Very little peanut butter or Reese’s. We order them to enjoy in the car so we couldn’t come back to complain. My suggestion check the quality before you leave the restaurant. What a pity!

  I had to leave a review after the experience I had at Five Guys, genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve come across. A big shoutout to Shubhamkumar. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and just had a great vibe about him. You can tell he actually cares about the customers, not just going through the motions. Proper easy to talk to, made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare you come across people who bring that kind of energy to their job, but he definitely stood out. Service like that makes you want to come back, not just for the food but for the atmosphere as well. Give that man the recognition he deserves 👏🔥
