  I visited the Beefeater in Ware today using a voucher, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The chips arrived cold, and the sweetcorn was both cold and waterlogged. I spoke to the waitress and asked for fresh, hot chips, but they didn’t arrive until after I had already finished my meal. At that point, they were pointless. I explained that I’d only managed to eat the ribs and the processed chicken because the sides were inedible, and I asked whether a reduction could be applied to the bill. I was told no, simply because I had used a voucher — even though the issues were with the food and service, not the discount. Overall, the food quality, service response, and refusal to acknowledge the problem left me very disappointed. I wouldn’t return based on today’s experience.

  Been in beefeater today our starters sat on counter for 5 mins before brought over which was cold and dried out then sirloin steak was so tuff was unbelievable waitress asked how meal was said not very nice steaks fatty and tough answer was sorry we having trouble with suppliers then she was hoping she wasnt leaving before July my advice is to stay away worst meal we had had in there and will not go back realised after that they are closing do not water your money waitress didn't even escalate to duty manager

  Visited the beefeater at Ware for lunch. Excellent customer service from the off..especially from Layla our waitress..our meals were both tasty and cooked to perfection..definitely recommend and will return soon.

  Vicky was lovely, very kind and excellent service! Only small issues like the peas were a bit underwhelming which isn’t the worst thing and certainly nothing to spoil an otherwise lovely time. Avoid the gravy on the side of the pie, gravy in the pie is delicious.
