Our Chicken Fillet Burgers, whether it's Traditional, Fillet of Fire or Double Ringer, are just that - all tender chicken breast hand prepared and cooked the way only Favorite can. The same for our Crispy Fillet Strips & Chicken Poppas, whole pieces of chicken breast, not minced, not processed, just natural succulent chicken.
Favorite Fries are pure potato, blanched in sunflower oil and all Favorite cooking oils are free from harmful trans fats.

Entrance and ambiance:** The doorway is unusually narrow with a dip that makes you feel like you might stumble as you enter. Not a welcoming first impression. Staff and service:** The greeting was not welcoming at all. There was a persistent attitude from the staff when I placed my order, which set a sour tone for the whole visit. Communication felt strained, and there was a lack of basic courtesy in how questions and concerns were handled. Order handling:** I ordered six meals plus extra wings. The order was repeated several times, which caused confusion. I paid with a mix of cash and card, and there was resistance to accepting the payment method (they claimed “card only” or an IOU policy, which was not clearly explained). It felt like the staff couldn’t confirm the order properly. Accuracy of the order:** When I got home, I discovered that part of my order was missing. I called the restaurant, but the response I received was blustery and defensive rather than helpful. The staff’s attitude made the situation uncomfortable, and the English communication was not clear, which didn’t help resolve the issue. Overall impression:** The combination of a poor first impression, rude and unhelpful service, and an incorrect order makes this place one I’m unlikely to return to. There are many other options in Cheshunt that are far more welcoming and better at handling orders and customer concerns. Also if halal then write it or show it!

I also asked for chilli sauce and was charged £1.20 for 4 sauces, which already felt a bit much. The biggest issue: I live literally 2 minutes away, but when I got home the wings were very cold and overcooked/overstayed. As you can see in the pictures, the chicken was dry and hard – I couldn’t eat most of it. For the price paid, I expected fresh, hot food. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I’d expect from a takeaway. I won’t be returning unless quality improves.

Please note that our Spicy Crunchy Wings, Spicy BBQ Wings and our Fillet of Fire Burgers are marinaded prior to cooking in order to give them their unique flavour. This may sometimes cause them to appear pink in colour when cooked.

What meat are your BBQ ribs?
Our BBQ ribs are pork. At Favorite, we offer two options to franchisees when they open a store. A ‘Favorite Chicken’ store or a ‘Favorite Chicken & Ribs’ store. The ‘Favorite Chicken’ stores do not sell ribs and is an option available to franchisees who do not want to sell our approved pork ribs. Our chicken is from a halal supplier but as we sell pork ribs within the business, we do not claim to be a halal brand.
Are you a kosher or halal brand?
To best serve the local community and our franchisees, some stores are branded as Favorite Chicken and these do not sell our pork ribs. For any specific religious dietary requirements, such as kosher or halal, please contact the relevant store.
