  Pizzas are good but the serving guy has bad attitude towards the customers, being rude and sad. No need to see your sad face being rude I will avoid.

  This is the second time I have ordered from this place in the last two weeks one was for my sister and one for myself. The first time last week I ordered my sister a pizza and she wanted the cheese melted dip which was available to get on the app an extra £3 when the delivery came the man handed her a small garlic and herb dip and said they didn’t have the cheese one which is by the way triple the size. I called the place up and complained saying I paid extra for something to be replaced with something free, he said I would receive a refund…this was a week ago and still nothing. Then this week I place an order for myself and my sister again and specifically rung up to see if they had the cheese sauce and they said it shows it’s available on the app but they don’t have it which is just silly. I then asked also if they could switch my dips out because of my dietary requirements only for them to ignore me and then when my food came they never swapped it. Nothing to major but the lack of respect for dietary requirements and spending extra money on something they know they can’t serve on the app is just ridiculous.

  Not the best place I've visited for a pizza, they got my order wrong twice, staff members were un professional, trying to sort out my wrong order twice, staff wiping sweat of there faces heads then touching the pizza 🍕 grrrrr

  The service was incredibly disappointing. I had to call three times just to follow up on my order. The online tracker kept indicating that my order had left over 20 minutes ago, yet it hadn’t arrived. It feels like they might be manipulating their timing system. They advertise a delivery time of 20-25 minutes, but mine arrived after 45 minutes, which is unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappealing. As a loyal customer, I expected better. It felt like my money and loyalty meant nothing to them, which is truly frustrating.

  Great staff, gave me an extra garlic & herb dip
