  Had a great experience at Domino’s in Royston tonight. Ordered online and the service was fast – pizza was ready in under 20 minutes and it came out piping hot. The pizza itself was delicious, toppings were generous and the crust had that perfect crisp-chewy balance. For the quality and speed, the price was really reasonable too. Definitely better value than I expected. If you’re in Royston and want a quick, hot meal without overpaying, this spot delivers. I’ll be ordering again. Visited: May 7, 2026

  I got takeaway dominos and they were super speedy and the food tasted amazing. It was fresh and hot. I must be a regular by now as they knew my order off by heart. Large pizza with ground beef and pepperoni is the best combo

  I genuinely cannot express how disappointed and shocked I am with the customer service at Domino’s Royston. In all my years of ordering takeout, I have never experienced this level of disrespect over something as simple as a pizza order. I attempted to place an order through Uber Eats twice, and both times the order was cancelled by the store with the reason being that I needed to meet a £20 minimum spend. Now, normally that would be understandable—if it applied to me. But I have Uber One, which removes delivery fees and adjusts minimum spends accordingly. I even have proof of this, which I will include with the review. When I phoned Domino’s Royston to clarify the situation, the service I received was beyond unacceptable. The staff were completely dismissive, uninterested, and repeatedly told me to “deal with it through Uber Eats,” despite the fact that the store itself cancelled the order—twice. Instead of providing any explanation, support, or even basic courtesy, they rushed me off the phone like I was an inconvenience. From my perspective, the attitude and lack of accountability were unbelievable. It felt like they simply didn’t want to honour the Uber One benefits and chose to cancel the order rather than process it properly. Whether that was their intention or not, that’s the experience they created. To say this is the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with is an understatement. I have never seen customer service handled so poorly. Domino’s is a massive company, yet this branch behaves like customer satisfaction is an afterthought. I will not be ordering from Domino’s Royston again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious based on my experience.

  We only order from Domino's because the other Pizza Places in Royston are a rip off, and Domino's is reasonably priced. Our orders have never been on time. The App always says delivered and the order turns up 30 minutes to an hour later cold. Apart from that, you get a standard Domino's pizza. No surprises.
