  The cashiers are very nice and friendly, but struggle to understand English. The cashiers are often in the back and leave customers waiting over 10 minutes before they come to the counter. I had to walk into the kitchen myself to ask for someone to come and serve me. Good luck to anyone trying to order a customised pizza like I was, as the cashiers won’t understand a word you’re saying. They agreed to do the customisations I asked for(after I had to repeat it about 4 times using more basic words) but then I received a normal pizza; completely disregarding all the customisations. The pizza was nice though, can’t go wrong with a pizza.

  The delivery is absolute garbage. They consistently misuse the tracker, marking your order as "delivered" at least 20 minutes before actually delivering it, then when you call to ask where your food is they don't answer or insist it's "on the way" without even checking your order details and hang up. Clearly this is so normal it's the default answer. If your food does arrive, it'll be lukewarm at best.
