    Dry, cold and very expensive for what it is. Does the sauce in the burgers come out of the employees’ wages? Because jeez… there was barely any in there at all. The chips were seriously undercooked. Like, so undercooked they were hard in the middle. Couldn’t eat half of them. Tried adding salt to make them more bearable, Alas, not even the dog wanted them. The “burgers” were an incredibly sad excuse for their namesake. The pictures on the menu deliberately make them look a lot bigger than they are. Not only was there the aforementioned lack of sauce, they were cold and lacked any kind of flavour. The “bacon double XL burger” wasn’t even big enough to fill up my 11yr old son. Oh! And the “nuggets”! They did have a nice crisp to them, but the internals were just mush and gristle. I had one, and thought I must have just caught a bad one, then had another and it was the same. The dog did eat those though… if that helps. Absolute joke to pay £25 for undercooked, cold chips, two ladies’ palm sized burgers, and 4 lumps of gristle. Will not be ordering again. Shame. Used to love Burger King.

    Very disappointing experience. It wasn’t even crowded, yet we still had to wait around 30 minutes after ordering. The fries were soggy, the nuggets were oily, and the chicken in the burger was overcooked and dry. Dips were also missing from the order. Service was very poor and the staff seemed completely unaware of what was going on. Definitely not the standard you would expect from a fast-food restaurant.

    Had to wait 30+ minutes for cold food. I don't understand how it took so long and the food was cold. The staff didn't seem to care when asking why it took so long. I would've asked for a refund or walked out and got a charge back with the bank if it wasn't for my partner pushing for the order to be finished. Worst part is that this is the second time and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were new but 2 times now with ridiculous service. Avoid this place and go to McDonald's, you'll be home and eating before the food even starts cooking here.

    I feel sorry for the staff there! You would think that a New Restaurant would have an Experienced Management team supporting a New work force! We ordered our food at 8.16pm. We waited & waited at the counter 8.44pm ( These Pictures show the times of our wait!!! 💩💩💩) Unfortunately the atmosphere in the restaurant wasn’t pleasant, everyone was peeved! Fed up, Hangry & there was an air of animosity towards the staff & people saying MacDonalds next time! Our food was finally bagged up and ready for us, but we then had to wait to get out of the Car park as the drive through blocks the way out!!!! They really didn’t think the layout through properly! When we finally got home with our food it was cold. We spent £50+ on Cold, Not Fast, Slow food. I haven’t had a whopper in years & I was disappointed! 😞 Maybe wait 6months before you go till they’ve sorted out the slow waits & got some experience in managing online orders/ drive-through orders & Restaurant orders. It seems it all too much for a new fresh staffing team!

    Came in bought a double whopper bacon and cheese and a bacon double both as a meal I paid waited which seemed to be well over 20 minutes I then received my order walked to my car and checked my double whopper to find that only 1 Pattie was in there and no bacon Went back to the desk the young lady came over at first seemed confused as to what I was on about I only had 1 Pattie she then agreed room it over to the cook who said to her that a single Pattie and bacon is a double I then had to argue the point that a double is 2 patties or it would of been called a whopper she then corrected it this was poor maybe your cooks need to learn how to count
