  I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Ross-on-Wye. I ordered a pizza and specifically requested no peppers and no onions, but the pizza arrived with both on it. I called the store, and instead of apologising or trying to resolve the issue, the person on the phone insisted that I was wrong and that he was right because he had made the pizza. I had to explain multiple times that my order clearly requested no peppers or onions, but he kept trying to convince me otherwise. After two phone calls, they agreed to send a replacement. I then waited another 50 minutes, only for the second pizza to arrive completely wrong as well. It wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. I sent both pizzas back and called again, only to be told, “We can’t do anything about it.” What is that supposed to mean? If you can’t correct such a simple mistake, what kind of customer service is that? All I asked for was a pizza without peppers and onions. Instead, I was given incorrect food twice, made to feel like I was at fault, and left without a proper solution after waiting nearly an hour for a replacement. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s again.
