  First time having papa John's pizza. Was quite good but nothing amazing but that may because I only had a cheese pizza but none the less it was hot, fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly and gave me a 2nd pot of garlic sauce free of charge when I asked

  I ordered food online as I was 5 mins away. Got the food is ready for collection notice and proceeded to the establishment. On arrival the two chaps I could see beavering away kept side eyeing me but didn't acknowledge or greet me! Eventually I was acknowledged and while shrugging his shoulders I was told my order wasn't ready yet. It was then he started to prep the Doug for my order. So I ended up waiting another 20 mins. I total it was 45 mins from ordering to collection, is this acceptable or is this sadly what is to be expected?

  We waited two hours before finding out the order was cancelled. No apology. Not even a text notification.

  Much better since new owners, food is super fresh and the staff are great. A1 recommend. Was about to get a parking ticket and my man brought the food out to the car so I could defend from the ticket enforcer. Big up lads, thanks
