  Staff always make an effort & our orders have been spot on. For a pizza chain, these guys really are the best! The order we collected today was so well made & the person who made our pizza & served me was lovely. A credit to your team.

  Worst papa johns ive ordered from, hands down. Have been a papa johns loyalist for years but last straw was tonight for sure! Will be going elsewhere in future. Ordered buffalo wings, they arrived with no sauce for the third time, and the bbq chicken pizza arrived with barely any chicken on it. Maybe one little piece per slice? Absolute joke!

  If I wanted frozen pizza I'd have gone to Tesco and it would've been half the price. This experience has reminded me why I stopped using Papa John's. I'll be sticking with Pizza hut or Dominos in the future. Avoid unless you want cold pizza delivered within an unknown time frame. Ordered pizza at 18:51 Cutting and checking at 19:16 Delivered at 20:19

  Ordered for collection and food was ready quickly. When I collected the food was piping hot and the staff were super friendly. The tracking online for food collection and timings was accurate and updated well. Food was nice and would definitely order again from there. Only disappointing by thing really was the sides. The Garlic Papa bite with cheddar didn’t taste of garlic at all and the dip was like melted margarine and not great. The chicken tenders were quite pale in colour and not crispy which was a shame.
